Hello Wildcat Families,

Below is important information to help you have a successful school year. Please take note of the new start and end times for the 2025-2026 school year!

School Year Calendar: 

Class Dojo - Your student’s teacher will send an invite to your email. This app is used for communication directly from the classroom teacher.

Parent Portal will be used to report attendance, access forms and reports, review student schedules and more. The Access ID is the student number and the Access password is the date of birth without leading zero's. Follow these instructions to set up your portal account (the mobile app is no longer supported). After creating your Parent Portal, review the Photo/Image use policy and if you would like to Opt Out follow the instructions to complete the process in your Parent Portal.

Class starts at 8:30 am and your student will be marked Tardy at 8:30 am. Late arrivals must be signed in at the office for accurate attendance. Students are welcomed to enter the building at 8:15 am unless eating breakfast.

Breakfast is served at 8:10 am. Students that are not eating breakfast can go to their classrooms at 8:15. Students are not allowed to be on the school grounds before 8:10 am because there is no supervision.

School is dismissed at 3:40 pm for 1st - 5th Grade and 3:30 pm for Kindergarten.

Early Pick-up ends at 3:10 pm, please plan accordingly. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for early pick up.

School Supply fee is $60. All school supplies will be provided except for a water bottle, backpack, lunch bag or personal items. Contact the teacher for additional items needed or allowed.

Free and Reduced Lunch Application can be located on D49.org - Nutrition Services or through this link. All students will continue to receive free meals for the first semester of the 2025-2026 school year.  The Colorado legislature has approved two ballot measures for November of 2025 that will determine if free meals can continue for all students in the second semester.

A Photo ID is required to be presented at the Front Office for all visitors and if a student is being picked up early. Early pick up ends at 3:10 pm, please plan accordingly.
